• Sponsorship: Coordinating with external partners and alumni for festival funding and event sponsorships.

• Audit & Transparency: Maintaining clear records of income and expenditure for quarterly reporting.

• Budget Approval: Reviewing budget proposals from other committees for festivals and academic seminars.
